Returns & Refunds

At HDK Home Decor Knits, many of our products are handmade and personalised to your specifications.

Personalised and Custom Orders
Due to the personalised nature of these items, personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photographs of the issue and your order number.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
